We use a “green” 3-D cone beam CT that allows us to clearly see your jawbone with minimal radiation exposure. We have the Trios3 intra-oral scanner. The Trios3 allows us to take images of your teeth and gums accurately. A software designed by DIO Implants USA and Dr. DeQuiroz has led to the development of DIONAVI- a fully digital Computer Designed Guided Implant Surgery. The DIONAVI software combines the information collected from the 3Dcone beam CT scanner and the Trios3 intra-oral scanner to create an exact virtual replica of the patients teeth, gums and underlying bone. Using the DIONAVI , we can now create a surgical guide that allows me to place a dental implant with very high precision. So for patients who have the available bone, it is now possible to complete your entire dental implant procedure without cutting, suturing, and minimal bleeding, and minimal post-operative discomfort.
